I am glad to inform you that “Association of Agricultural Librarians and Documentlists of India “ ( AALDI) which was formed way back in 1971 had gone to hibernation in 1995 and now it has been revived with great enthusiasm and keen interest of Library professionals under Chairmanship of Dr Prem Singh, University librarian, CCSHAU, Hissar during the Workshop held on “ Krishi Prabha : e- thesis depositories of agriculture “ during the 24 th and 25th March, 2009 at Nehru Library, CCSHAU, Hissar. During the this great revolutionary event, the 28th Volume ( 2008) of AALDI’s official Journal “ Indian Journals of Agricultural Library & Information Services “ ( ISSN: 0974-8776 ) was released by Dr. J.C.
