Jose Alberto is a Colombian dustbin man who has collected around 2o000 books which have been thrown away, He has been collecting the books from the last 2 decades, and He has collected around 20000 books and made a public library for all. He never got past primary school as a student, but is now dubbed “The Lord of the Books”. It may be inspires us and our local community.
