Greetings to all! The Koha OPAC is a rich environment that provides several facilities to its users. Many libraries around the world have built a complete digital presence (aka library portal) around it. Yet one feature that is missing natively in the Koha OPAC is an user feedback form. On the happy occasion of Janmasthami, I am pleased to inform you about release of a new Koha plugin - the AskALibrarian plugin that adds the ability to allows Koha's OPAC users to send a direct feedback to the library staff.
