The 55th Annual General Meeting and the Triennial Election (2014-2016) of the Association will also be held during the seminar. The formal notice of the Meeting will be issued in due course Members intending to propose nomination(s) for election to different offices of the IASLIC for 2014-2016 should submit it along with the written consent and brief bio-data of the nominees so as to reach the IASLIC office latest by 31st August, 2013 at 8 pm. Consents in separate sheets should be sent with the nomination papers. The withdrawal of nomination should be made latest by 8 pm on 6th September, 2013. The IASLIC office remains open from 2 pm to 9 pm on all working days. It may kindly be noted that only valid members who fulfill the conditions laid down in the Clause XVII of the Memorandum of the Association of IASLIC are valid voters and are eligible to take part in the IASLIC Triennial election(2014-2016). No member whose subscription remain unpaid as on 30th June, 2013 shall be entitled to propose, to vote or to contest in the Triennial Election (2014-2016).
