I am extremely sorry to note the demise of Veteran Librarian and documentalist Mr LJ Haravu. I know him right from 1976 during my tenure as the University librarian of A P Agricultural University. He joined the International Crops Research Institute (ICRISAT) in 1980 s succeeding S Datta. A soft spoken thorough gentleman he was, has mentored several budding librarians in Hyderabad and elsewhere. May his soul rest in peace.
