Dear All, With reference to the message posted by Dr Anil Singh it is purely true that the salary of library professionals is ignored by CPCs. The importance of their work is not acknowledged by CPCs. Now the professionals of autonomous bodies who has been working in Rs6500-10500(pre-revised) are also a suffering lot due to clubbing of all the three grades (Rs5000-8000, Rs5500-9000, Rs6500-10500). The problem is not solved yet. In autonomus bodies the designation is different from organisation to organisation  also required qualification & experiences is not always same (it may be BLIS or MLIS) so it may be difficult while implementing part b of 6th CPC.
