This is a one year, two semester dual mode programme which uses contact classes as well as online learning management system MOODLE. This programme is aimed at creating trained manpower to handle digital libraries and electronic resources. There is a burgeoning need for trained librarians in the light of national priorities like National Mission on Education through Information and Communication technology (NME-ICT) and National Knowledge Commission (NKC).
