To survive in the competitive environment, libraries should manage their corporate knowledge resources more effectively because KO system is intended to encompass all types of schemes for organizing information and promoting knowledge management. The main objective of the KO is providing structured access to information by both way syntactically and semantically and improves information finding, use and assimilation by structured presentation of information to the users.
