Need Help to resolve Issues relating to Library
Respected Library Professionals, In our University, there are some issues relating to internal promotional rule for library post and also on other aspects. It would be helpful to us to resolve these issues if you kindly send the following documents through mail or post. - Hierarchical Staff Structure along with the number of sanctioned strength; - Ratio of cadrewise direct requirement and internal promotional rules; - Cadrewise direct requirement rules (i.e. Assistant Librarian, Professional Assistant, Semi Professional Assistant, Library Assistant, Library Attendant, & Other if any or as per the Designation in your Library); - Cadrewise Internal Promotional Rules (i.e. Assistant Librarian, Professional Assistant, Semi Professional Assistant, Library Assistant, Library Attendant, & Other if any or as per the Designation in your Library); - Reqruitment rules for the University Librarian, Deputy Librarian, Information Scientists (Whether it is single post then is there any provision to recruit a direct and internal interchangeable); - Cadrewise Job description; - Cadrewise Pay structure including ACP/MACP Therefore, my humble request to all the Librarians of the Central Universities to kindly provide the documents as mentioned above so that we can resolve the problem of our library staff.
