I would like to build a digital repository for our institutional internal reports and scientist research papers published in national and international journals. In this regard, I need to know more about copy right information and IPR about making digital format of this. And also I want to know that is it possible to add someother digital files from outside into our digital repository?. I request to senior most professional, Please advice me in this regard.
