Market IRC services effectively to key user groups by linking IRC offerings to their business needs. ? Perform traditional Library Management activities including collection development, resource management, and providing alert services. ? Perform business information research and analysis, both proactively and on request. Eligibility and Requirements: ? M.L.I.S./Masters in (Library Science/Information Science/Information Management)/A.D.I.S/any equivalent degree. ? 8 ? 14 years of experience in an academic/special library (corporate library experience is desirable). ? Ability to apply existing and emerging technologies to new initiatives and improve library services. ? Willingness to work in any centre within the city with flexible timings. ? Ability to work both independently and in a team to deliver results in a constantly changing environment. ? Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines without losing focus on quality. ? A team player with excellent communication skills, customer service skills and analytical skills, capable of building good working partnerships with user groups.
