Author is asking for his own paper and ready to pay. If the author himself is not able to see his own paper, what are the chances of his paper seen by his peers? Had the authors retained their (own) paper with (own) rights to self-achieve, this problem would not had occurred. Our paper is published in the pages: 545 to 554.
