I have a suggestion for LIS professionals *Monitor UK* provides a fantastic service in the area of paid publishing of research. Please see https://monitor.jisc.ac.uk/uk/about/ If we could create a *Monitor India* and provide data on transactional costs at the institutional, funder and publisher level (similar to what is being done in the UK) it would be very useful.
