Dear Professionals, The ILA Election - 2019 has arrived. The ballot papers are being dispatched to the valid and eligible members by officials of the ILA. Now, its time to make a choice. The librarians are known as change agents in their organisations and society. They are actively involved in creating awareness about all those things that have potential to inspire the people leading to some positive change in the society. The 'Election' is one such event that provides an opportunity for every individual voter to have his voice heard and bring change in the society. Every ballot matters since it has the potential to chose the 'right' candidates and reject the 'unsuitable' ones.
