Scholars preparing for entrances in Masters, M.Phil and Phd are invited to use IGNCA (Delhi) Reference library and premises - to read and research free of charge for one week. Timings: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. six days a week (Monday to Saturday), except on gazetted holidays. Members shall also be allowed to use computer terminals for accessing library information and other databases. They can also bring their own laptops for use in the library and get free internet.
