Dear all Professionals, There is a sad news for all the library & information professionals that one of the very active and dedicated library professional Dr. A. K. Kundu, Retired Dy. Librarian, North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong took his last breath on 30th December'2012. He was a gold medalists in B.Lib. Sc. & M. Lib.I.Sc. and Ph. D. in Library  & Information Science under great Guru Prof. Y. P. Dubey, DLIS.BHU, Varanasi. He was a disciple of Padamshri  Prof. P. N. Kaula and always promoted fellows to enhance library by writing something about it. He himself was a voracious reader,writer and good command over English . May rests his soul in peace.
