This is only basic course with stress on practical training. Eligibility: Class XII pass only and candidate should know English. Candidates with higher qualifications will not be considered. Candidates from Delhi or NCR will not be considered. Candidates from HIG and MIG families will not be considered. Age: Between 18 and 35 years. No discrimination of caste, religion, race or sex. Certificates: Certificates will be given to the candidates on successful completion of the training. Travel Allowance: The Travel Expanses (both ways) by the shortest route and cheapest mode of travel will be reimbursed by the Sri Aurobindo Education Society on successful completion of the course. Production of tickets or photocopy of tickets essential. Board and Lodging: Free board and lodging will be provided at the Sri Aurobindo Ashram - Delhi Branch to the trainees throughout the training period by Sri Aurobindo Education Society. Pocket Expenses: Rs. 200/- per month will be given as pocket money during the training period out of which the participants will have to bear their own medical expenses, if necessary. Food: Food served in the Ashram Dining Hall is nutritious and entirely vegetarian. Discipline: Since the course is held in the Ashram, the trainees will be living on the Ashram campus, a strict discipline is maintained throughout and trainees will be expected to participate and integrate themselves in the Ashram life, attending morning shramdan and evening Meditation. Smoking, drinking, etc. is strictly prohibited. Extra Curricular Activities: During the training period, candidates will also be encouraged to participate in extra curricular activities, such as games, music etc. Hindi, English and Physical Education classes for the trainees are compulsory. Mode of Application: Application Form is available on request. Please write to us or collect personally. Preference will be given to candidates who are sponsored by recognized institutions. Do not proceed to Delhi without receiving proper acceptance letters from the Institute.
