Hello, Read a good article published in "Interactions" The whiteboard: What's in a Word? The Semantics of Usability by Bruce G. Allen, Elizabeth Buie Volume 9, Number 2 (2002), Pages 17-21 Abstract: When you say something is intuitive, do you mean that absolutely everybody understands it right away? If you say a program is logical, what help is that to a user? Does user-friendly mean anything these days? (Did it ever?) Interactions, as many of us know is a magazine on applied human-computer interaction (HCI) published by ACM. Regards, -- Ayesha Ayesha Taranum Executive - Information Services DSL Software Ltd.
