The required journal is available in a number of cities which you can check up with the catalogue like NIPER,POST GRADUATE INSTITUTE OF BASIC MEDICAL SCIENCES , chennai, CDRI, lucknow, etc.You can mail the concerned librarian also to send the copy to you.
