Dear Shri Badan Barman, There are LIS professionals like Dr ARD Prasad from DRTC and NCSI, IISc, Bangalore faculties will guide you on OSS. Dr Shalini Urs from Mysore University, Shri Shashi Nath from DMRL (DRDO) are also experts in this field. You may directly contact them. But I am wondering how the course will be conducted without any faculties having knowledge in this field since you are also new to the filed. I do not think so every time the experts will be called for conducting the classes. As of my knowledge both NCSI and DRTC are teaching these same syllabus in their courses.
