Globally, India is recognized as a knowledge driven economy having the
world's largest scientific and research workforce with a very high
intellectual capital. Recognizing India's contribution to world science,
ScopusTM instituted the SCOPUS YOUNG SCIENTIST AWARDS last year to
recognize and reward the Indian researcher's talent, knowledge and
expertise. Continuing the program this year, this award will be given away
in eleven major scientific disciplines.
Subject Disciplines : Agriculture �� Biological Sciences �� Chemistry ��
Earth & Oceanographic Sciences �� Engineering �� Library & Information
Sciences �� Mathematics �� Medicine �� Pharmacology & Pharmaceutics ��
Physics �� Social Sciences
Criteria : Applicant must not be over 40 years of age as on 31st December,
2007 �� Original Papers published in peer-reviewed Indian and
International Journals will be considered �� No. of Citations recieved &
Patents filed

Nominations are invited and a jury of eminent subject experts will make
