Dear Colleagues   I have few Queries about the New Pay Notification issued by the MHRD; (I) Will all the Deputy Librarians with the Ph.D , be able to move to Librarian Designation under CAS. (2) Increments for the persons, completed the Ph.D. earlier before 2006 in service.
