All LIS Professionals It is really very sad news that Dr. H.K.Kaul, Founder Director of DELNET is no more. He is the first in the country to start a Private Library Network  nation wide and his enterprise is flourishing with devoted service to the profession. His book on Networking of Libraries, outcome of his Ph.D. work is even today a piece of work to reckon with and serves as an authentic text on the subject.
