The authors are requested to send their full paper with abstract typed on MS-Word not exceeding 3000 words (not more than 12 pages in A4 size paper) should reach the Organizing Secretary before 31st January 2010. The papers submitted will be reviewed by a panel of experts. Only well written papers will be accepted for presentation. Note: Paper accepted for presentation in the theme of the conference will be included in conference volume only on receiving non-refundable Rs. 500 in advance which will be adjusted with registration fees.
