Dear All, After 6/7 year of time i saw any new development in PK Kelkar Library of IIT Kanpur perhaps the works which would have done 6/7 years back. I congratulate Mr. Ramakant http://pkklib.iitk.ac.in/team.htm and Administration of IIT Kanpur who took decisions out of the way and form a separate group for such type of development.
