Respected forum members, I am sorry but I dont found a valid reason to go for RiP database by IASLIC. Why a national body like IASLIC trying to go for duplication in effort when it is already undertaken by INFLIBNET through Shodhgangotri ( http://shodhgangotri.inflibnet.ac.in)? Why a researcher will submit the synopsis to two different bodies? I will be very much happy to have all the members feedback on it.
