Call for Abstracts by 10th January 2021: NILIS Research Symposium (Online)

Dear LIS Professionals, Apologies for cross-posting. The Annual Research Symposium of the National Institute of Library and Information Sciences (NILIS), University of Colombo will be held on 23rd January 2021. This year's event will be organized in partnership with the South Asia Chapter of the Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T), as an online event. It will be 100% free for presenters and participants. The keynote address will be delivered by Professor Bhuva Narayan of the School of Communication, University of Technology Sydney, Australia. Abstracts of completed or near-completed original research and unique experiences are called to reach us on or before the 10th of January 2021. The main theme of the symposium is “Challenges and Opportunities for Libraries in the New Normal”.
