These tools are being used to support collaboration among staff obviating the need for dedicated ‘IT teams’. This suggests that there is a paradigm shift in business informatics and knowledge management in organizations. The seminar will present data from real life organizations and examine quantitatively the collaborative behaviour of members of staff.
