Friends at Academic and Research Libraries: I want to alert the members of this list to a short Coursera MOOC on copyright, designed for teachers and librarians at all levels, that will be offered starting *21 July 2014*. The MOOC is taught by three librarian/lawyers who all specialize in this area -- Kevin Smith of Duke University, Anne Gilliland from UNC Chapel Hill, and Lisa Macklin from Emory University. This is a free course. More information and enrollment are available at the course site: https://www.coursera.org/course/cfel Of course, the course will talk about US copyright law, but it would still be useful and relevant to Indian librarians.
