Prof. Arun,
I am deeply saddened to learn about Dr. Rajasekhar's sad demise. Although I hadn't met him (and now will never meet him), I did learn a lot from his contributions in OA-India list. His passing away is indeed a loss to information science and open access in India.
Please convey our condolence to Dr. Rajasekshar's family.
Regards, Naimur
