Dear Mr.Manoj, How can the teaching skills can be measured through descriptive written test alone??? Whether Oral presentation skill is more important than writing skills for teachers??? Whether it is tested by UGC??? India may be the only nation where persons become eligible for teaching after only a written test. I know many teachers who cleared UGC NET but miserably fail in class room. Why interview is inevitable for IAS Officers after written test??? Comments please........ How it is possible to measure one's teaching ability merely through objective questions? The only advantage of this mode is that the paper valuation will be done fastly and easily. let us wait for the results of the june 2012 exam to draw further conclusions reagrds manojkumar -- This message has been scanned for viruses and dangerous content by MailScanner, and is believed to be clean.
