Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for your personal view, but my view is you are giving relaxation to various corrupt peoples. Please go through the types of corruption, you will find that whatever you are talking about is also comes under the corruption. Kindly go through the IFLA manifesto on corruption.(http://www.ifla.org/en/node/5324) Any association exist if the country exist so corruption is not related to any specific profession or people it exist every where, presently our country is suffering from this disease very badly we should join our hands against corruption and try to clean it from every where so if Librarians can do something good in this area it will be good for our profession and country. Second, some bias or personal liking is common phenomemnon in any association and it is not related to any corruption.
