The main objective of this workshop is to bring together International experts, practitioners and advocates of Open Access to Information to discuss and contemplate on key issues contributing to Open Science. The workshop also aims to serve as a platform for institutions, academicians, scientists and researchers interested in Open Science to exchange thoughts and processes 'How To' create Open content within legal framework. OSOD 2013 is open for all the library and information science professionals, academicians, researchers, scientists and students who are interested to know how to make content open.
