dear professional friends greetings we all know the value of the Open Access and benefits that are being accrued by the users and also professionals. In this connection, unfortunately we are unable to do any thing in this direction. there are few libraries which are able to do. to popularize and tell its importance to the administrators, academicians, researchers and ofcourse to the professionals,  I am proposing two day seminar / conference at Hyderabad, India during OPEN ACCESS WEEK in October 2010. I request all my friends to suggest 1. what could be done to organise this program -   a. who can be invited as experts to this program   b. What will be participation level s? 2.
