Respected Members, INFLIBNET is organizing three days Training Programme on “E-resource Management” during 15th-17th December, 2014. The main objective of this workshop is to help the participants in understanding the key concepts of eresource management & role of publishers & intermediaries, to provide better visibility of e-resources, linking of e-resources & promote the use of the e-resources and to evaluate the e-resources subscribed by the institutions. The workshop includes lectures as well as intensive hands-on training, so as to provide both theoretical base and practical skills to the participants. *Resource Persons* The lecturers are prominent research scientists/professors working in the field of eresource management. *Target Participants* Library and information professionals, information scientists and students. A maximum of 25-30 candidates will be enrolled for the training programme on First Come First Serve basis. *Venue* The Workshop will be conducted at Information and Library Network Centre, An IUC of University Grants Commission, Infocity, Gandhinagar-382007, Gujarat, India *Fee* With accommodation: Rs 5,000/- per person Without accommodation Rs 3,000/- per person It covers the cost of workshop kit (containing training materials), breakfast, working lunch, two time tea & snacks during the sessions.
