Dear Friends, PMB and OpenBiblio are two open source library management systems suitable for installation in Windows. Both ILS are written using PHP programming language, therefore installation and maintenance is easy. I put forward installation manual of PMB and OpenBiblio with the hope that you get a chance to try two popular open source ILS.
