A good review on OA IRs. While going through the contents, some discripencies regarding INSA data was observed. 1. INSA OA repositories using Dspace are not only metadata, communities like seminar reports, presentations, photo-gallery are complete communities. However many items under articles are though metadata level. 2. INSA journals are online from inception while dates(year) mentioned are not correct. Kindly update.
