How shocked I am to hear of Dr. T B Rajasekhar's sudden demise! I met him once at our Foundation. It was Open Access Workshop in May 2004. He was very good in teaching. He was calm and patient. He listened to all the issues patiently and replied with clarity. I found him a man who was very clear in what he did. His demise is an irreparable loss to the information profession and the cause of Open Access in India.
