LTC2023 will be a distinct and distinguished event crafted with meticulously planned programs and selected eminent speakers, global and local, known for their expertise in the Conclave theme : *Evolving Library Ecosystem in the AI / Machine Learning Landscape:* In this “digital first” and “library-as-a-platform” era, libraries of any type or size across the globe have one element in common—their technocentric nature. The focal points of library technology change dynamically almost every three years. In today’s hyper-connected digital environment, libraries are increasingly realizing that the combinations of data science, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML) have all the potential to fundamentally influence the workflows in libraries. *The program includes*: PRE-CONCLAVE WORKSHOPS THEMATIC SESSIONS (3) PANEL DISCUSSION 19TH ANNUAL LECTURE ON INFORMATICS LIBRARY EXPERIENCIAL SESSIONS *Contributed papers invited for Library Experiential Sessions:* The experiential session is an opportunity for LIS professionals wishing to share their immersive experience in using an array of assistive technologies. We invite papers from library practitioners, researchers & faculty members on the implementation of tools and technologies in any of the following areas to share their experiences through their papers and presentations. E-Resource Management Innovative Library Services and Promotions Web-enabled Library System AI/ML applications in libraries Open Access (OA) and Libraries E-learning and Libraries Library Service Platform Data deluge All the papers presented in the experiential sessions will be published in a special issue of the SRELS (Sharda Ranganathan Endowment for Library Science) Journal of Information Management, a 50+ year-old highly reputed journal started by Dr. S. R. Ranganathan. The best two papers will receive cash awards. A unique feature of this session is the mentoring process to ensure the quality of the paper. Papers selected based on the synopsis will be mentored by one of the program committee members designated for every experiential session.
