Yes, it is true that recent Advertisements for LIS posts in many Govt institutions do not adhere to the UGC or AICTE norms. Instead, they are flouted in many ways to suit their local 'needs' and the so called monitoring agencies turn a blind eye to these violations; which end up in court cases against anomalies in qualifications, experience, API score, etc. It is high time that we should bring this to the notice of UGC/AICTE to stop flouting recruitment rules. I feel it is hard for NIT to get the post filled by Staff already working in Govt sector because of high experience asked for the post of DL.
