In this hyper-connected society, the users expectations from the library are very different than what they were about a decade ago. If we don't care and adapt to their needs then there would be a void between librarians and users.This implies acquiring cutting edge knowledge on how to achieve this and learn the necessary skills to bring in the desired changes in our libraries. The main objective of this workshop is to equip librarians with: 1. New skills on content development that are crucial for providing the need based library services to the users. 2. Desired techniques so that they can develop the customer centric library services. 3. Marketing and promotional acumen for effective delivery of library services. 4.
