The term content means recorded information or knowledge or data copied to or prepared originally in computer readable media, i.e., digitized information. Thus in simple terms, CM is something that helps in managing digital content. There are so many tools, among them open web application is one of them, which solve the problem of information society to share valuable content with a worldwide audience in an effective and efficient way.
