Dear Indian Colleagues, Im looking for the precise bibliographic information of Ranganathan's definition of "Information Logistics - as a branch of information management - deals with information flows inside of an organisation. The goal is the optimization of availability and retention time of information. Information logistics concerns the provision of the right information at the right time in the right form and quality for the right user, at the right place." According to my knowledge the definition is dated 1954, but I can not detect a publication from that year. Can anybody help me in detecting the primary source of that definition? Kind regards A.
