Dear Friends,
As you already know that a eGroup for promoting Open Access and
Digital Libraries (OADL) was formed at Yahoo Groups -
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/oadl/
The OADL Group had set up a target (I) for itself to produce a Guide
for helping people to develop Digital Libraries that can be accessed
according to Open Access principles. "Wiki" mode collaboration was
selected to produce this guide by setting a wiki at
http://oadl.pbwiki.com/
Now this initiative has got the support of KnowGenesis IJTC. Which
has selected it as initiative of the year for being an example of
collaborative work.
The proposed guide is still in infancy and is being receiving
contributions of the OADL Group members. It is under Creative Commons
License thus once ready could be freely distributed.
Please come and Join the Group - http://groups.yahoo.com/group/oadl/
and contribute to the OADL WIKI - http://oadl.pbwiki.com/
Let me not forget to thank KnowGenesis IJTC for their support.
Sukhdev Singh,
Co-Moderator OADL Group.

and disseminated.
I am pleased to share that OADL has recently been selected as one of
the volunteer effort to be supported by KnowGenesis. OADL is one of
the best examples to prove how collaboration among community members
can bring the difference to the society. KnowGenesis is proud to
support OADL in its mission of developing
Sukhdev, I will be sending the KG logo for the OADL wiki
site/Yahoo!group in a separate mail.
