Yes, anyone can create her own searchroll at rollyo.com and make it public so that others can also use it.There are thousands of searchrolls already created by others. As a librarian you can list out important URLs in a topic of your interest and create a searchroll and give it to your library users! It is more than sharing your file of bookmarks/favorites.
