Qualification: # Essential: MLIS or its equivalent from a recognized Univ./ Inst. Knowledge in computer applications in Library. # Desirable: Experience in data input in Bengali script, knowledge of Libsys and familiarity with Promilnama system and LOC subject Headings list. Tenure & Pay of Appointment: Initially the appointment will be offered for Nine (9) months. It may be extended subject to the satisfactory performance and availability of required fund. Rs 5000/- per month plus HRA. Age should not exceed 35 years as on 01 April 2007 with usual relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/ extra ordinary candidates.
