Dear Members, As many of you would have observed, of late, LIS-Forum discussion list was behaving bit erratically. One of the main issues was that, the approved messages were taking more than 3-4 days to reach the members' inboxes! I have now installed a latest version of the discussion list software (Mailman) on a different computer system with better hardware configuration. Hopefully, the list should resume its normal functioning. Its quite likely that a few of the approved postings from the old system, which is now off the network, may not have been distributed.  If you have made a lis-forum posting during the last week, or so, you are welcome a make a fresh posting once again.
