I completely agree with the fact that Team NGL's continuous support can be called "par excellence"!! I have an experience of implementing NewGenLib at two places. Presently, at IIT Jodhpur we are using NewGenLib Open Source with continuous support of Verus Solutions (Team NGL). It gives me immense pleasure to share my views regarding customization requirements or even suggest innovative features to them. They not only receive them positively but also sincerely try to incorporate them in a best possible manner. Many times, their suggestions to improve our manpower-constrained situations save us from grave problems. As we say it takes two hands to clap, so also it takes effort from both sides to make a relationship work well. I am very thankful to Haravu sir for supporting me in my activities always.
