Dear All, I wish to know is it appropriate to add/allow commercial advertisements on the library Online public access catalog (OPAC)? if no then why? and if yes then why the libraries/websites can't allow commercial ads on their website and earn money for their institutes? Some examples of OPAC which allow ads on their OPAC are below for your ready reference: http://ignca.bestbookbuddies.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=&q=history http://jnkvvopac.bestbookbuddies.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=&q=physics http://bcas.bestbookbuddies.com/cgi-bin/koha/opac-search.pl?idx=&q=chemistry Thanking You.
