To adopt Annual Report* for the year 1st April 2012 to 31st March, 2013 3. To adopt Audited Statement of Accounts* for the year 1st April 2012 to 31st March, 2013 4. To finalise theme and venue for XXVI National Seminar 2014 of IASLIC. 5. To report on the following IASLIC Awards for the year 2012 i) ‘S M Ganguly - IASLIC Librarian of the Year 2012’ ii) ‘IASLIC - Ranganathan Medal for the Best Article 2012’. iii) ‘A K Mukherjee – IASLIC Lifetime Achievement Award for Retired Librarian 2012’. iv) ‘Smt A Satyavathi and Prof A A N Raju - IASLIC Best Young LIS Teacher Award 2012’ v) ‘Prof Prabir Roychoudhury and Amita Roychoudhury–IASLIC Best LIS Teacher Award 2012’. 6. To adopt the Budget Estimate for the year, 2014-2015. 7. To discuss the program of activities of the Association for the year, 2014-2015. 8. To announce the results of triennial election of Office Bearers and Governing Body members for the period 2014-2016 by the Election Officer 9. To discuss on any matter referred from the Governing Body. 10.
